Taste test two

This is Rick Stein's offering. Okay, but could be so much better. The pastry is a bit rough and chewy but the meat is soft and tender. It is less sweet than the Chough's pasty due to less carrot content. Overall, a rough, substantial pasty that lacks finesse. Also 3.5 out of 5
