Insider Festival: Mater chai

This is one of the neighbouring businesses in the 'bazaar' at the festival preparing a fresh batch of wonderful chai. Master Chai produce amazingly fragrant and tasting Masala Chai and this is them grinding up the 7 spices to be infused with black tea. After a late evening their morning batch fairly did the job in waking me up! The guys not only produced amazing tea but kept us musically fulfilled by playing non-stop reggae from their tea wagon which has several speakers and lights.
