At the library

Me: "I reserved a book online and have come in to collect it".
Library person: "You are actually fourth in the queue for this book".
Me: "But your app said I could collect it".
LP: "The computer says it's in transit from another library, but I will have a look in our reservations... It's not there".
Mrs S goes to the relevant section of the library and finds the book.
LP: "Ok, you can have it".
I later discovered that she had put today's date as the return date in the book.

And... They are selling artwork for £50.
