The mystery of the missing shoe

This photo was taken in Rawson’s bank. This afternoon we walked across Jean’s fields. Unfortunately we just missed Peggy spaniel and J. We saw them walking up the road as they were coming back from their walk and we were just going. We saw another dog though so lots of interesting sniffs along the path. I left my shoes on the stairs and then caught Sid carrying one of them. I retrieved it from him but the other one has gone missing. I have looked in the house and garden. Hmmm, wonder where it’s gone?
