Outside the shop is a no parking zone during daytime hours. People tend to ignore this and park at the door anyway. The redcoats (traffic wardens) are on a serious mission this week and aren't giving so much as an inch. This customer ended up with a very expensive ball of wool when you factor in the parking fine.
