Spring like

WEDNESDAY

A very mild day with some sunshine.

Over to Rhuddlan for a haircut, a walk to the castle, a stop off at Starbucks and then on to Rhyl for a short walk on the beach (see extras).

It's difficult to imagine that there was snow on the ground last Friday and that we have since been ravaged on Sunday by Storm Isha with 70 mph winds and yesterday by Storm Jocelyn.

I tended the hanging baskets this afternoon and went for a walk to Y Graig Nature Reserve on the outskirts of the village. I was surprised to see lambs gambolling in the fields in the late afternoon sunshine.
