Busy Islay trade!

Local paper was advertising a free tour of one of the island's distilleries. Being true Scots we booked a tour. Despite not being whisky enthusiasts we enjoyed the tour very much - at the end we were given a 'wee tot' or a miniature to take home - I hope that my brother will be pleased! This blip is the peat burner which is part of the whole process.
