Day one - The Happy Pear Challenge

After a lot of eating out over Christmas we are starting February on a while food plant based challenge. No fast food, no eating out, little alcohol, yoga, meditation and mindfulness.

Day one went well, cracking carrot & lentil soup after a porridge and banana breakfast. Our evening meal was a roast potato and cabbage dish with a delicious no oil dressing, it was so good
