BookClub Girls @ Queen of Tarts

Return visit for the bookclub girls to Queen of Tarts in Edinburgh. This time it is summer since usually we go in December. Angela (crouching down at the back of the photo) is The Queen of the Queen of Tarts, which is a pop up afternoon tea experience in the living room of her tenement flat in Edinburgh. She makes everything from scratch and includes a non alcoholic punch, soup, savoury items including quiche, vegetarian mini burger in homemade wholemeal rolls before the start of the sweet items including cakes, scones with homemade lemon curd. Yummmmmmy. Lovely afternoon finished off with a cocktail from The Dome.
