instead of tennis

Since tennis club finished 2 weeks ago, Mattie and I have had free Wednesday afternoons for a bit of Master baking. We are perfecting our white chocolate brioche. Here he is doing the first round of kneading, it's a pity you can't see his roller-blades in shot. It's good to bake in roller-blades.
