Delivery Day
The blip is of 'our' wonderful Polski Sklep (Polish Shop), which gets frequent mentions. Today is restock day. All hands on deck - by the efficient and enthusiastic team. The shop is spotless and they are forever tidying the shelves etc. The owner has a place opposite, selling identical wares! They are both busy whenever we go. Today we bought sauerkraut, gherkins, ham (for Mr B) and my proper Sourdough bread.
To Mr B's dismay, we then did TD Fruits in Southbourne, Aldi and The Polish Shop in Boscombe, and the final straw - Asda in Lansdowne. Was surprised he stayed relatively calm.
This was after 9am appointments at the GP. I had a skin lesion excised. Took 15 mns. Several stitches. Now have to avoid swimming/stretching for ca 4 weeks. GP is pretty confident the biopsy will be fine. No pain, just feels 'tight'. Mr B was due to have a scrape to assess his lesion, but instead had Efudix prescribed. Our surgery is wonderful.
Had a coffee at Petit Prince and stroll round Westbourne, before driving home to drop off some frozen stuff bought from Iceland - taking advantage of-senior's 10% off day :))).
Early night. Need to relax
