Flood defences

While the road surfaces everywhere continue to deteriorate the flood defences around the village have benefited from significant investment. This culvert is a good example. We combined our walk with a trip to the supermarket and a chance to get my haircut. When we walked to collect the boys from school the wind was picking up again. I also managed to secure some train tickets and accommodation for a spring trip.
