A bit of a disaster

A bit of a disaster - and I can’t even blame Ottolenghi. I saw the recipe in one of Jenny’s cookbooks books and as Mr C had bought filo pastry in error I needed to use it. The salmon spinach and soft cheese filling was nice though.

Geoff came round this morning to go over my U3A art appreciation presentation. We decided it was too short so I spent the afternoon doing more research and finding appropriate images.

The next storm is raging round the house.
