A wet and windy day just called out for a hearty soup. 

I’m off on a bus pass adventure tomorrow. To be honest, I’ve visited this county on my bus pass travels already  - just clipping a corner a number off years ago, but I felt that I ought to really do justice to the second biggest county in England by doing a bit of a tour.
