Cerinthe major purpurascens

I planted the CMP 5-6 weeks ago and pleased with the way it's growing. I spotted the flower when visiting Lucy's garden where I planned to buy a few hardy plants. However when browsing I came across a mass of this slate blue flower. Immediately it was a case of 'I want one like that'. I dare say it will take time to develop a mass and we will need to collect the seed in the winter months to help it along. For my Blip I tried to capture the whole plant, now about half a metre tall, but it just didn't look right, hence the flower head and leaf.
