M62 - Rakewood Viaduct

If you're travelling Eastbound on the M62 - just after Jct 21, the motorway starts to climb to the aptly named Windy Hill Jct 22.  When strong winds are blowing the Highways Agency often divert high-sided vehicles off the motorway because of the danger on the viaduct.  I don't know whether that happened yesterday, but it wouldn't surprise me if it did.
