Superheroes & Supermarkets

Poor Asha woke feeling rough, temp, sneezing, congested etc etc... Hoping it's not what Mitch has had. 
I had an online meeting with other 24-7 Prayer communities this morning. Extremely encouraging and challenging.
Danny went and had team time over in San An and Asha stayed in bed here. Nate and I left her for a little while and walked to the further supermarket, over this bridge. He did the whole walk in his Spiderman mask, ha.

Today I'm grateful for;
1) Some really good things to ponder on from this morning's meeting.
2) The smell of the soil as Nate and I watched an excavator dig up land near the supermarket. 
3) Tissues, vitamin C, paracetamol etc etc.
