Bog cotton on a windy day
This afternoon I went back to our son's house in Sheffield to finish the jobs he asked me to do. I drove home the same way I did yesterday, going past the expanse of bog cotton at Ringinglow.
The weather was wild, it was like winter. Blowing a gale, rain gusting in, and all in all, quite miserable. In the background is Higgor Tor.
I thought the mono captured the day perfectly, this was the best I could manage today, there is some movement in the cotton!
May I suggest again you view this LARGE if you have time.
