Blowing the cobwebs away

More accurately, being blown off our feet on a run over Whitbarrow with the Garstang club.  "Exhilarating" was another word I heard mentioned, but that was when we were reflecting on the route and enjoying a late breakfast at Low Sizergh Barn.
