Young and old

One of our common local birds is the Blue-faced Honeyeater. Young birds have a yellow face, which changes to green and finally becomes blue. I've blipped them many times, but this might be the first time I've got young and old in the same photo.

They visited the street light in front of our house today, and I've tagged it BMenlightened for my occasional series of birds visiting that same street light.
