Fabulous Frittata

Martin and I walked to Flourish Farm Shop this morning as we knew that Linton Kitchen had recently opened a café there.  Seems we weren't the only ones with that idea and the place was very busy.

I spotted this amazing looking frittata and so we share a slice for lunch, it was delicious, as was the coffee.
