Outing to Bakewell - bought a tart not a pudding - then preceded to Wetton - walked some of the Manifold Way - view from Thor’s Cave - a natural cavern in a steep limestone crag giving views of Manifold Valley - people in path given some scale as to the height climbed

Later partook of refreshments in Ashover - back at cottage for 4pm - stormy conditions outside - log fire lit - tonight’s entertainment being playing cards and Blockbusters board game - in my view not a bad way to spend the evening
