Calm before the storm?

We got out early this morning before the storm...

We walked through Lanthwaite woods to Crummock Water in the pouring rain! ( we thought it would be dry! )

Then, when we got to the lake we couldn't stand up!!!

We went back to the car via a splendid patch of snowdrops that come up every year.

Home to dry off!

That was this morning...Storm Isha is meant to hit us this evening!!!
