Minus 7 on my morning dog walk. The blue skies, freezing temps and stillness reminded me of après-ski coffees, all wrapped up and enjoying the wonder of nature .
Went to a strength training class , excellent . Think I should be able to walk after this one ! While I was in the loo all the staff headed out for lunch to say goodbye to one of the physios - locked me in ! They were mortified when they came back an hour later to find me sitting there !! I got some txts and emails
done, postponed my lunch date and sat with the skeleton in the sunshine in their beautiful reception area , eating fruit and drinking coffee !! Hilarious .
Had a late lunch with Joannas and a mighty catch up .
