Ear Beetle

Kēkerewai - Manuka beetle

This beetle flew into my ear tonight and didn't want to come out.  Fortunately my hearing aid halted it's journey down my ear canal, and it came out when I pulled out my listening device.  He seemed to be in shock because he stuck around on the picnic table.
