-2 at Irvine Beach - A and S

Very cold at Maldon Prom parkrun but the view was amazing as we ran back from Bridnoth. Pleased with my time as my legs did not warm up properly at all.  Also met the new DofE volunteers who seem lovely. Mislaid my 25 badge and a lovely parkrunner  spotted it and returned it. Feeling lucky today. Also discovered that 'love is ... going home and returning with a warm coat' after a parkrun. G is a star!

After, walked to town and enjoyed a Sofie's breakfast. Where we discovered that results were processed in record time. A fab team effort.
