Parkrun day

Early sunrise Arundel to Worthing parkun.
My goodness -minus wind chill was huge!!! so outward run soo hard against wind wanted to go no thanks, N way ahead with car key so thought.. hmm too cold will carry on! glad I did good to challenge the body and back loop wind behind.. never.going to be a PB, and past days of.munching them, however v happy to end and strava saying 12 achievements in same run 5 times now!! It was cold!!
