Timeshift

Last time I headed back to the UK I really struggled with the jet-lag and time zones. This time I’m giving the “timeshifter” app a try so it had me up at 0600 today… been for a swim and as too wet for pickleball, we met up and had breakfast instead. Went to a Mexican breakfast place… despite the hour, it would have been rude not to try a flight of margaritas.
