Alpenglow on the Peaks …

… when I parked the car at the Gouille this morning, to meet friends for a ski. I should know better! The traffic to get up to the pistes in Leysin, the numbers of people on the pistes, the queues in the restaurants …. But the skiing and company were superb, with perfectly groomed pistes and cold snow. However we have a friend coming to stay any minute and I have just arrived home! No stress, we’ll go out for a meal tonight I think!
