Anna and the giant dandelion

A lovely walk in the cloud forest, with the wind whipping around us. It felt very theatrical up there. Unfortunately no view from the top, never mind. It’s like Where the wild things are. The flora is exceptionally interesting, microclimates of huge variation. The drive through what is really mixed deciduous jungle is exciting and mysterious. Back to town, the sea in the port was calm and warm, but we’d got too cold for a swim. Maybe tomorrow.
