Looking for Hope

I’m having a very down day today, feeling sad and fed up, so I went out for a chilly walk looking for signs of spring. There’s still patches of ice here and there in the gutter, and I think the frost has got to this pretty blossom a bit, but at least it’s there giving a little hope of better times to come.
