Should have got the tripod...

...but we'd had an exhausting day and I just needed to change into something cooler and put my feet up. It was on the wall just beside our front door - I have no idea what this insect is but it looks very aerodynamic.

Had a phone call from Mr T's cousin just after 7 this morning with the sad and surprising news that her Mum had passed away suddenly, so we got ready quickly and went to break the news to Mr T's Mum (her elder sister). Quite apart from busy days at work for both of us there have been phone calls to the rest of the family and the inevitable sadness. Went back to see Mum this afternoon and she was feeling a bit better, but such a shock for us all.

Need to get an early night tonight.
