Another stifling hot day......30 degrees outside, 28 degrees inside.

Had a call from L - could I help with his car, which he has for sale. Specifically, as they are in Auckland for 10 days, could I meet a person who is interested in buying at the car which is parked near the airport? Sure thing..... no problem. Just one thing though..... the key for the car is at (L&M's) home. Haha! Drove out to their place and whilst I was there fed cats then headed to feed chooks too. This was when I bumped into this wee thing who almost literally just rolled out of the grass onto the path in front of me! Mrs Tiggywinkle won't be happy her little one is sneaking out during the day! He shouldn't even out of bed in the middle of the day. Had to stop and take some cute pics before finishing what I'd set off to do.....feed chooks. 8 eggs collected too.

Finally managed to get back to L's car where the woman took it for a test drive. All good. The rest of the afternoon just seemed to get warmer and warmer so it was an easy decision to sit still in the shade with a glass of c-o-l-d water....... no point in overdoing things.

It's going to be another hottie tonight......eeuurgh!
