reservoir ride

There are many good things about cycling with friends - one is that we never let each other down. So when we are lying in bed on a Sunday morning, and can hear the wind outside and the rain hammering against the window, we say - "M and N will be going" and we don't even think twice (well, maybe twice).

Today we struggled into the wind up to Scar Top (tea stop!), between Stanbury and Laneshawe Bridge. A great ride. I always love this cute bridge at the end of Ponden Reservoir, looking up to Scar Top.

The trip home was much faster!
