The ritual of coffee
I was always a coffee lover, and have recurring thoughts of setting up a coffee shop sometime (more like Casablanca's Rick's Café than Starbucks franchise) but lately I've been exploring more subtle "drip coffee" methods in lieu of espresso options. Of all that I've tasted (Chemex, V60, Aeropress) the "Japanese Syphon" (curiously of German origin) is the more spectacular in preparation, and yields a soft, unique flavor, that reminds of chocolate and also kind of "burned" but in a agreeable way.
