Only 1 for my blip

The only photo from today. It was bitter cold and more treacherous than yesterday. We went shopping and were glad to get home and warm up.
Used the air fryer again at teatime for fish fingers and chips. Smashing. Definitely better than oven-cooked.
Had a long chat on the phone to my daughter.
Feeling a bit peaky with an extremely sore ear both inside and out (on and off problem since August 2022 , with one or both ears, well mostly on, just that sometimes it's not so bad and others it's bad then like yesterday and today it's very bad). I have forgotten what it's like to wear my hearing aids and am unable to watch anything on the TV without subtitles.
Terry put some rock salt down on our drive today which has very much reduced the slip-slide effect. This morning, early on, I nipped to pop something in the bin as it hadn't yet been emptied and I couldn't open the lid as it was frozen on! We noticed the binmen had a brand new wagon and a different type to any we've seen before with a rolling drum - reminded me a bit of a concrete wagon. I looked it up and apparently it's a hydrogen refuse truck. wish I had a photo but I didn't think to take one!
