Looking rather glum .....

...... not really surprising since the bag of carrots was empty and this lovely lady had enjoyed the lot. There are a few more in the boot which will be on offer tomorrow on a first come first served basis.

A very dull, rather damp start to the morning but gradually the skies lightened and and we enjoyed some sunshine and blue skies.  Some tricky patches of black ice around so care had to be taken .... walking on the grass was the surest way to keep both feet on the ground.
