Blipmeet

Today I met up with an another fine Blipper from across the pond, John Van de Graaff

Anyone who browses his journal will realise that he is a keen 'birder' - so a boat trip to the Bass Rock was in order. He must have been a good boy in a previous life, because the weather gods held off their downpour until the trip was almost finished. I'm told that the puffins put in an appearance to make everyone smile.

I introduced John and his lovely wife to the Scottish delicacies of Cullen Skink soup and Borders dark chocolate gingers. All in all it was a fine day. It was great to meet you both.
