Chilly walk

Rather than thaw the car out I decided to walk to and from the dentist this morning, it’s about a 30 minute walk each way. It was very cold walking into town but a little warmer on the return. It’s a pleasant walk over the river, up through the market street (no market today though) and past the now famous spud man (he randomly gives away jacket spuds to customers). Dentist quick and painless, apart from paying.
Trickling tap stopped the pipes freezing last night, temps not due to drop so far tonight so should be able to leave the tap off.
