Nice day for a walk.

We’d a wee walk with our grandson today, six months old tomorrow. The Health Visitor had just left, she’s been kind and helpful to the new parents. It was another blue sky winters day below freezing. Our grandson was well wrapped up in his pram, wearing his new cosy hat - a Christmas gift from our younger son’s partner, (extra photo). Back at their home we’d some lunch and our grandson baby talked, lovely to hear. He’s often engaged and interested in what’s going on, it’s great to see him developing.

Sainsbury’s afterwards. Some empty shelves, that’s life in winter.

Spoke to our younger son on the phone. One discussion point was will his rugby game be on on Saturday….?
