Bowes Museum

A sunny morning so - once again on the spur of the moment - we decided to have a day out.   We had no idea where we were going but our journey took us to the wonderful Bowes Museum in County Durham.   It was bitterly cold but blue sky and sunshine all around.   My blip is taken from the balcony looking down on to the beautiful gardens.  If you look closely you can see ice on the water.  Now back home in the warmth of Maison MD.
