Called my Mum this morning.  Unfortunately she hadn't had the best night, and was sounding pretty down on the respite care home.  My sister went to see her again in the afternoon, to take her in a new nightie from home.

Had a busy work day, and a mid-year appraisal review to do this afternoon.  It went well.

I hadn't taken a photo by bedtime, so here's an emergency cushion blip.
