Road out of Hoswick

Still more snow falling but a feeling that we may be getting to the end of it all. When it didn't snow there was a feeling that snow was slowly melting but with a strong wind today there were a few more drifts developing. Depth of snow in the garden is now 9 inches in most places but deeper in other areas.
Two extra's today - one of a Water Rail along the burn and I was wishing I had the big lens with me. I was a bit worried for it's safety later as I saw a dog splashing about in the area of the bird. The second is of Victoria House and Rocklynn that I posted on the the 13th before the snows came.
