Ribcage of Ice
We needed to pop in to town this morning and, with it being another lovely day, Tony had the excellent idea of calling in to the Craft Café for lunch. It was a mini adventure avoiding the solid icy patches on the way through St Ives Estate with much detouring off the paths, but we arrived safely and enjoyed our lunch.
Heading home we took a slightly different route to see if the large tree which had fallen across the footpath just after Christmas had been moved as we had heard chain saws on our way down. There were some awesome icicle sculptures on the streams coming out of Coppice Pond and so one had to be my blip. I think it looks like a ribcage. Have I been watching too much Silent Witness??
Indeed, the large tree is now clear of the path.
Has anyone been watching another excellent drama set locally with all the usual suspects (think Happy Valley) - After the Flood? We would recommend it.
