Took a long time to clear the frost off the windscreen this morning ! Went to upholstery- JS was telling me that her farmer nephew is finding loads of dead worms on his land - apparently they’ve drowned. First time in over 20 years. Had some lunch at home and a brief walk around the garden- good to new shoots from lots of bulbs . Went over to G and C ‘s and then to Dad who was on good form - he’d had a new delivery of wood blanks for turning and also a couple of new gouges
