Early evening light

Late afternoon light on the Tamar after having taken the dogs to the William yard! We went to the leisure centre today and swam in the outdoor pool again, eight lengths today, then straight into the sauna before the steam room! Haven’t yet been in the gym to try backward walking on the treadmill! Just One Thing with Michael Mosley this morning was about vitamin D which I went into town to buy, just through the winter the sun is not strong!
