Cardinham today

Cardinham was supposed to be closed for some tree felling, but something has delayed it.
So my friend and I made the quick decision to walk the dogs here rather than lanhydrock. It was quite quiet, as I don't think many people had seen the notification.
This is Bryher, they all got on really well, Keely got down and muddy with the spaniels later on.
I think it must be a spaniel thing but these 2 wouldn't look at the camera.
We had a lovely hilly 4.5 mile walk followed by a coffee in the cozy café.
Got home and decided I needed a run so popped out for a 5k up on the moor. My body enjoyed do yoga tonight, stretching out all the muscles
