Stillness before the flurry

This jay hopped along the railing, stopped and waited for me to take its picture, then off it flew.
It's been sunny and cold. We have about a week of weather that won't get above freezing. Next Monday it should improve.

Tonight is the first night of choir!!!  Hurray!!
