Calm after the storm

After a wild couple if days the storm has finally broken. Mike and I found ourselves kid free for a change so we went for a wander around the markets and a stroll around oriental parade. It was lovely to put life to one side for a few hours and just stroll and chat.

Then we came home and spent the rest of the afternoon trying to get a flooded septic tank going. Not pleasant but so glad it is working now.
