Busy

A day of meetings, not all productive... I went to a new yoga class in the evening. I enjoyed it though I am finding it hard - it shows how much I need it.
I also managed to talk to Lucie in the evening - she is in Costa Rica and wanted to go to Ecuador. I think we managed to convince her that it wasn't the right time. 
I also talked to my mother who tripped and  fell over. She ended up in A&E with a cracked rib, stitches on her head, bruises everywhere and a black eye. She's still in pain as can be expected but is able to manage at home on her own.
